📋 Description

• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs • Review data and client progress • Edit programs and develop meaningful goals • Build genuine relationships with families • Provide caregiver support and guidance • Collaborate with the clinical team • Practice ethical, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming ABA • Focus on ongoing clinical care rather than initial assessment reports

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or equivalent certification • Nationally certified Behavior Analyst • BCBA trainee may be considered with a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license • Willingness to supervise and mentor RBTs • Ability to review data and client progress • Ability to edit programs and develop meaningful goals • Commitment to assent, autonomy, dignity, and functional communication • Visa/work authorization eligibility as specified in the application form: U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, or eligible for a TN Visa, or otherwise requiring sponsorship
