📋 Description

• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs • Review data and client progress • Edit programs and develop meaningful goals • Build genuine relationships with families • Provide caregiver support and guidance • Collaborate with the clinical team • Practice ethical, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming ABA • Provide ongoing clinical care without conducting initial assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or equivalent certification • Nationally certified Behavior Analyst • BCBA trainee may be considered with a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license • Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming ABA • Values assent, autonomy, dignity, and functional communication • Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs • Ability to review data and client progress • Ability to edit programs and develop meaningful goals • Ability to build relationships with families and provide caregiver support and guidance • Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, eligible for a TN Visa, or otherwise address employment visa sponsorship status
