📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to clients and families • Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans • Monitor client progress and use data to guide clinical decisions • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to the team as the practice grows • Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals involved in client care • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards • Build and grow an independent ABA practice while maintaining high standards of clinical care • Work as the owner and clinical leader of the practice while Alpaca Health provides infrastructure and administrative support

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing • Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, where required • Experience providing ABA services and working with clients and families • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practice • Must be a nationally certified Behavior Analyst holding the BCBA certification or an equivalent certification • Employment visa sponsorship status is required as an application consideration
