• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data and client goals • Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians • Monitor client progress and adjust programs and interventions as needed • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills • Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, session reports, and data analysis • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) • Current Tennessee Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure required • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Availability for part-time hours • Ability to work within Hamilton County Schools • Compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations
