<Beyou Behavior Therapy> is a caregiver-led Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider that coaches and trains families to embed autism and developmental supports into everyday routines using telehealth coaching, shared caregiver training, and matched in‑home therapists. They emphasize real-life skill building (not screen-based therapy), offer multilingual and cross-cultural care, work with major insurers and regional funding partners, and focus on immediate-start coaching that builds caregiver capacity and lasting progress.

📋 Description

• Serve as a BCBA ACE Provider for Beyou’s continuing education initiatives • Maintain required ACE Provider qualifications and credentials • Support the ACE Provider credential application process when not already credentialed • Guide continuing education content and quality • Ensure educational materials are appropriate for behavior analysts and aligned with professional standards • Review newly developed content from the Learning & Development team • Provide clinical feedback on educational materials • Review content for accuracy, relevance, and applicability to ABA practice • Identify opportunities for improvement and areas requiring clarification or revision • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team on revisions • Support meaningful professional learning experiences for clinicians • Dedicate approximately two hours per month to content review • Provide thoughtful, actionable feedback within expected timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing • Either an appropriate ACE Provider credential or at least 5 years of BCBA certification experience and eligibility to pursue the ACE Provider credential with Beyou • Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA principles • Strong clinical and professional judgment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on educational content • Ability to collaborate effectively with the Learning & Development team
