• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Design and oversee evidence-based programming using ABA principles, including DTT, PECS, NET, and PRT • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs on intervention plans and data collection systems • Monitor progress, analyze data, and refine goals • Collaborate with assistant supervisors, school psychologists, educators, and administrative teams • Support trauma-informed and multi-tiered systems of support practices • Lead team trainings and contribute to clinical program development • Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical consultation within school settings as needed • Provide remote clinical guidance to technicians supporting clients with physical aggression, self-injury, or other challenging behaviors • Communicate the company’s outreach efforts to the community • Respond to service referrals • Participate in professional meetings or conferences • Adhere to the organization’s mission, vision, and values
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB® • At least 5 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA settings • At least 1 year providing remote supervision • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies • Experience with FBA/BIP development • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Commitment to cultural responsiveness, ethical practice, and family-centered care • Must reside in California • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and Live Scan • Requires a private, HIPAA-appropriate workspace • Reliable high-speed internet • Part-time availability of approximately 15–20 hours per week • Ability to work Monday–Friday within sessions scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM • Active BCBA credential • Authorization to work in the United States
