📋 Description

• Own prioritized cross-functional operating constraints end-to-end, from zero context through measurable outcome • Work across domains such as HR automation, Finance close, decision delegation, Engineering throughput, AML scale, reconciliations, and operational readiness • Measure current performance, redesign broken systems, create processes/automation/governance/infrastructure, and mobilize relevant teams • Partner with functional leaders and teams to mobilize resources, influence priorities, and drive adoption • Create leverage through workflow redesign, automation, organizational design, improved decision-making, vendor changes, or hiring • Contribute to company deep-dives by establishing baselines for velocity, capacity, and friction • Communicate capacity and trade-offs honestly and escalate scope or priority decisions when needed • Establish durable ownership with the appropriate long-term owner before moving to the next priority

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record taking ambiguous, high-stakes problems from zero context to measurable outcome • Ability to work across unfamiliar domains, map workflows/capacity/decision systems, diagnose root cause, and become effective without deep prior subject-matter expertise • Proven ability to mobilize cross-functional teams, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive adoption among people who don't report to you • Ability to distinguish root cause from symptoms, focus on what matters, and push back with evidence when scope drifts • Comfortable establishing metrics, measuring before/after, and using data to diagnose problems and prove impact • High ownership through implementation; adoption and lasting change matter as much as design • 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including ownership of complex, cross-functional operating initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and measurable outcome • Experience in internal product, strategy/ops, business operations, or operational transformation with strong builder instincts (nice-to-have) • Strong fluency in AI and automation (nice-to-have) • FinTech or brokerage exposure (nice-to-have) • Capability in systems/product build, executive orchestration, or quantitative capacity analysis (nice-to-have)
