📋 Description

• Performing and supporting content updates on the public and Intranet websites based on new programmatic activities, enhancements to existing web content, and input from stakeholders • Providing collaborative support for monitoring and day-to-day management of web content-related requests through email and ServiceNow ticketing system • Providing content-related site improvements and supporting functionality-related site improvements based on content quality audit findings, metrics, user feedback, and stakeholder input • Ensuring that content meets NHLBI standards for content development and publishing • Supporting and facilitating content governance, change management, and other guidance to NHLBI staff and contractors

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in web site development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Familiarity with Drupal; understanding of content management support using Drupal or equivalent content management system • Familiarity with versioning control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket, experience with ARO or Azure preferred • Experience with SQL queries is preferred • Flexible and adaptive, with the ability to quickly change course and use multiple technologies to achieve required outcomes • Experience with metadata, tagging and search preferred • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Information Technology or related field
