📋 Description

• Design and/or deliver business continuity and resilience training courses for public-sector and federal buyers • Align curriculum to recognized continuity frameworks, including DRI / ISO / NFPA continuity bodies of knowledge, where required • Facilitate workshops, tabletop exercises, and adult-learning sessions • Assess learner outcomes • Produce course materials, facilitator guides, and after-action documentation • Contribute continuity-training content and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned • Support active and upcoming continuity training pursuits, including DRI International Business Continuity Training Courses and similar courseware/delivery engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on business continuity, continuity of operations (COOP), or resilience training delivery • Ability to facilitate adult-learning courses and tabletop / exercise sessions • Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed for client on-sites • DRI certification (CBCP, MBCP, or similar) or equivalent continuity credential (nice to have) • Prior federal or large public-employer continuity training delivery (nice to have) • Experience converting courseware into live delivery (not courseware-only) (nice to have)
