📋 Description

• Facilitate live, video-based onboarding sessions for distributed new hires • Introduce health screening scripts, intake workflows, technology tools and systems, HIPAA and consent requirements, and escalation pathways • Create welcoming, engaging, participatory learning environments through role-play calls and real-time coaching • Adjust training pace to each cohort • Administer and grade final training assessments • Provide actionable feedback on homework and practice assignments • Serve as the primary onboarding contact for new hires, answering questions and troubleshooting confusion • Identify and flag trainees who are falling behind • Coordinate cohort schedules with hiring managers and new hires • Manage cohort logistics, including calendar invitations, reminders, materials distribution, tool setup, attendance, and completion tracking • Communicate cohort progress, readiness, and scheduling conflicts to managers • Distribute training materials, job aids, and assessments • Maintain accurate, audit-ready completion records • Build relationships with hiring managers and incorporate their feedback into curricula, scripts, and materials • Deliver onboarding for additional new-hire roles as hiring needs change • Support Learning & Development with content review, ad hoc facilitation, logistics, and adjacent training programs • Share training-room patterns and insights to improve broader Learning & Development programs • Train non-clinical frontline staff, primarily Care Navigators, to build patient trust, complete health assessments, document notes, and schedule intake appointments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience facilitating training in a healthcare, call center, care coordination, or comparable regulated environment • Comfort with HIPAA and compliance-sensitive content • Experience delivering live, remote training to new hire cohorts • Experience with role-play, real-time coaching, grading assessments, and troubleshooting technical challenges in remote training environments • Strong scheduling and coordination skills • Ability to give direct, specific feedback on homework and assessments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Instructional design experience, including improving materials and working with subject matter experts • Relationship-building skills with managers and ability to solicit honest feedback • Organized and detail-oriented; accurate attendance, completion, and assessment records • Comfortable with LMS platforms, including TalentLMS • Familiarity with Slack and Google Suite • Ability to learn Healthie or similar care platforms • Ability to work independently and manage a personal schedule in a remote, fast-changing environment • Ability to ramp up on and deliver training for new role curricula on relatively short notice • Prior experience as a Care Navigator, Community Health Worker, or other frontline patient/member-facing role at a healthcare organization • Familiarity with value-based care, social determinants of health, or care coordination workflows • Experience in a start-up environment where processes and roles evolve quickly • Bilingual English/Spanish or another language relevant to Wider Circle's member population
