📋 Description
• Lead emergency debris monitoring program delivery and field staffing • Stand up load-ticket and documentation workflows that meet FEMA Public Assistance expectations • Coordinate with state, parish, and applicant stakeholders during debris operations • Produce monitoring operations plans, documentation packages, and status reporting • Contribute program-manager qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned
🎯 Requirements
• Emergency debris-monitoring program leadership experience • Ability to run field operations and documentation workflows under disaster timelines • Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with heavy Louisiana statewide field travel • FEMA Public Assistance debris-operations experience (nice to have) • Louisiana or Gulf-state disaster work (nice to have) • 2–3 prior debris-monitoring or disaster field-operations engagements you can cite (nice to have)
