📋 Description

• Review, redline, and negotiate sales contracts, escalating key issues to stakeholders as appropriate • Collaborate with company attorneys to ensure contracts reflect current legal and compliance requirements • Partner cross-functionally to move deals efficiently through the sales cycle • Enhance and apply playbooks, policies, and processes to ensure consistency and conformance in contracts • Manage operations, including workflow management and systems • Provide general assistance to the AlphaSense legal team on contracts-related matters • Report to the Managing Counsel, Commercial Contracts • Partner with Product, Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Marketing functions as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, with a heavy emphasis on sales agreements • Ability to analyze and review global sales contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Order Forms, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, and Service Level Agreements • Superior business acumen • Commitment to providing responsive support and getting things done • Experience managing a high volume of tasks for multiple stakeholders simultaneously and prioritizing based on business impact • Familiarity with following and developing contracts playbooks • Strong communication skills • Ability to interact with internal and external professionals of all types and backgrounds • Experience with contracting for artificial intelligence services, contract management systems, and a high-growth tech environment are a plus
