📋 Description

• Own and drive go-to-market positioning and strategy for AlphaSense’s Expert Call Services business • Develop compelling messaging, positioning documents, and frameworks differentiating Expert Call Services from other expert network providers • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to influence product roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategies • Track industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying shifts that may require updated positioning or inform the product roadmap • Own and drive awareness, call-volume, call-velocity, cross-sell, and expansion campaigns end-to-end • Partner with marketing, revenue, enablement, product, and Expert Call Services business teams • Collaborate with product managers on roadmap developments and strategic initiatives • Evaluate new go-to-market opportunities as the offering evolves • Monitor and interpret revenue, pipeline, and product-adoption metrics and recommend improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in product marketing, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment • Comfortable owning messaging, campaigns, and launches • Ability to build relationships across marketing, enablement, product, revenue, and business teams • Ability to identify differentiators and translate market and customer insights into clear positioning and messaging • Experience using customer insights to shape messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market recommendations • Experience owning or heavily driving product launches from planning through measurement • Working knowledge and experience of growth tactics and product-led growth strategies • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to turn complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging • Ability to synthesize data into insights and recommendations that improve go-to-market performance • Background in financial services or expert networks is a plus • General acumen for financial content and industry research
