📋 Description

• Manage a New Business sales team focused on the Financial Services market • Manage a team bringing on new logos among public and private market firms across the buy and sell side • Drive deals forward and deliver a revenue target • Recruit, hire, and ramp new Account Executives while retaining top talent • Develop strong internal relationships and marshal resources to deliver revenue outcomes • Coordinate forecasting and develop pipeline to meet and exceed goals • Partner with Marketing to expand brand awareness • Work with Product Specialists during trials to ensure a high win rate • Gather and communicate market and client product needs to Sales, Product Management, Content, and Product Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant sales experience with B2B SaaS solutions and a customer network in the Financial Services market (buy side and sell side) • Extensive prior management experience, preferably in a New Business capacity • Proven leadership experience • Experience holding teams accountable to KPIs and revenue outcomes • Proven track record of managing teams that exceed sales targets • Ability to build C-level and senior business relationships with clients • Strong consultative selling skills • Ability to partner with cross-functional leaders across Sales Development, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product, and Pre-sales Specialist teams • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate natural curiosity • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with new people • Outstanding communication and presentation skills • Ability to distill and explain complex issues in simple terms
