📋 Description

• Execute the department’s sourcing strategy • Assist in growing and improving the company’s network of technicians • Manage and maintain the technician candidate pool • Assist with special projects as assigned • Source potential technicians using websites and social media outlets including Google, Houzz, and Angie's List • Contact 20+ technicians per location need and potentially resource an additional location • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs • Work closely with the Technical Recruiting team and leadership to understand recruitment initiatives and maintain the needs of high-volume areas • Document companies in Salesforce by creating a profile if they are not already in the system • Report directly to the Director of External Recruiting

🎯 Requirements

• Must have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be well organized with the ability to consistently adhere to deadlines • Must be detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Must be team oriented and enjoy service-oriented work • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility, and perform additional tasks as needed • Work from home environment with minimal distractions • Use a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties • Regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 25 pounds
