📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end pricing for proposals, from solicitation review and strategy through final cost volume submission. • Build and maintain audit-ready Excel models covering labor, indirects, escalation, fee, and subcontractors. • Apply and interpret FAR Part 31, 2 CFR 200, and agency guidance to ensure compliant, responsive pricing. • Partner with program, business development, contracts, HR, and finance teams to translate staffing and level of effort into budgets. • Validate rates and assumptions, and integrate subcontractor proposals and required flowdowns. • Support cost narratives and final proposal reviews, including cost realism, technical alignment, and mathematical accuracy checks. • Strengthen pricing templates, tools, and processes. • Support audits, negotiations, and post-award analysis. • Contribute to FP&A activities, including budget-to-actual variance analysis and pricing data for financial planning. • Manage multiple deadlines and collaborate across teams in a deadline-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. • 5+ years of hands-on pricing experience for federal and/or state government contracts. • Advanced Excel skills and comfort building complex, multi-variable pricing models. • Working knowledge of FAR Part 31 and 2 CFR 200, including experience across contract types (cost-reimbursable, T&M, fixed price). • Clear communication and ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven proposal environment. • Pricing experience for health-focused programs preferred. • Familiarity with GSA Schedules and contract vehicles such as IDIQs/GWACs preferred. • Experience supporting audits and indirect rate activities (e.g., DCAA) and/or competitive price-to-win work preferred. • Familiarity with GovWin IQ, Salesforce, SharePoint, Power BI, and/or Deltek Costpoint preferred. • Some exposure to FP&A concepts or processes preferred. • Currently eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available. • All work must be performed within the continental U.S. for the duration of employment, unless required by contract. • Ability to work core hours aligned with Eastern Time, unless otherwise approved by your manager. • Remote employees must maintain a dedicated, ergonomically appropriate workspace, reliable internet, and a mobile device that supports efficient work.
