📋 Description

• Serve as the dedicated project/program manager for the cross-functional Pipeline Health & Growth Committee • Own committee cadence, agenda, action-item tracking, and follow-through • Translate committee priorities into a working operating rhythm with the SVP of Demand Generation • Surface risks and blockers to appropriate leaders early • Partner with data and insights teams to ensure reliable pipeline-health data, reporting, and dashboards • Support existing GTM funnel and pipeline cadences such as pipeline or lead councils • Drive alignment and accountability across Marketing, Sales, SDR/ADR, RevOps, and other GTM functions without formal authority • Take on additional cross-functional marketing and RevOps programs delegated by marketing leadership • Report program and committee health to marketing and GTM leadership through concise, actionable updates • Help administer Asana and Confluence to track priorities and work across functions • Introduce lightweight agile practices, including prioritization rituals, backlog hygiene, and retrospectives • Help Marketing build a more consistent operating framework for managing priorities and work

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of project or program management experience within B2B SaaS marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations • Working knowledge of GTM funnel mechanics, including lead scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, pipeline waterfall, forecasting cadences, and attribution basics • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and hold stakeholders accountable across multiple teams without direct authority • Experience running or directly supporting a recurring, leadership-level cross-functional cadence or committee • Ability to operate in ambiguity and stand up process and structure from scratch • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly accountable, organized, and solution-oriented, with genuine follow-through • Hands-on experience administering a work-management or PM tool such as Asana, Jira, Aha, or Monday is preferred • Working comfort in Confluence or similar documentation/knowledge-management tools is preferred • Agile credential such as CSPO or hands-on experience running lightweight agile ceremonies is preferred • Experience with Salesforce or BI/reporting tooling such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred • Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls
