📋 Description

• Conduct recruitment efforts for hourly roles at the plant level • Act as a full cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, offer and pre-employment screening processes • Assist with key hiring projects within the region, including new site openings, pipeline networking, career fairs and local outreaches • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Partners to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies • Build candidate pipelines through Military, Work Re-entry programs, Colleges/Universities/Trade Schools and other sources • Attend and actively participate in job fairs, college career days, agency-sponsored events, community and business partner events • Coordinate and provide assistance regarding changing regional hourly rates and sourcing insights • Keep up with local employment trends and coach stakeholders on key findings • Model the company’s Guiding Principles and champion the Always Made Right, Always Made Safe Culture

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate recruiting or agency environment working with manufacturing environment • Experience with full cycle recruitment in a manufacturing environment preferred • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools (Workday preferred) • Experience in developing and executing innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top talent for skilled roles • Work ethic that is constantly mindful of how actions and behaviors reflect our Guiding Principles • Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs
