📋 Description

• Support the technical and maintenance teams across multiple sites • Ensure effective operation of blow molding equipment • Coach, develop, and support maintenance teams • Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues • Facilitate and deliver training classes for Operators and Maintenance personnel • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities • Assist with maintenance budget and vendor relations

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 10 years’ experience in a high-output plastics manufacturing environment • 5 to 10 years’ experience working in the maintenance field • Strong leadership skills to assess situations and make appropriate decisions • Ability to analyze team members' skills, recognize strengths and areas for development. • Ability to do hands-on training and capability building 1:1 or in small groups on the floor. • Knowledge of troubleshooting/problem-solving/root cause analysis techniques. • Knowledge of how to sustain improvements through processes. • Experience leading cross-functional teams. • Basic computer skills required. • Basic Microsoft office skills are highly desired. • Professionalism and dedication to excellence in customer care.
