📋 Description

• Support the School of Wildlife Conservation team in collecting, collating, analysing, and reporting data • Gather data from various African countries, databases, and literature • Contribute data and research to country case studies and related reports • Develop skills in data collection, collation, analysis, reporting, and presenting • Build understanding of Africa's wildlife economy and related data and information gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Excel and Word • Other statistics programmes would be an advantage • Good research, writing and presenting skills • Attention to detail • Good time management • Very organised • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs • Data analysis, data cleaning and visualisation skills • Excellent writing skills • Ability to work under pressure • Good interpersonal skills • Design experience and knowledge to develop social media products related to the research • Good knowledge of French and/or Portuguese (reading and writing) would be an advantage, though not required • Conservation knowledge and experience is required • Part-time availability of 20 hours a week
