📋 Description

• Conduct legal research, background factual investigations, and technology research supporting attorney requests, internal projects, and client service initiatives • Evaluate proprietary, government, and openly accessible information sources for alignment with client collections and research projects • Draft research and content guides supporting discovery of information relevant to client practice teams and department staff • Curate and edit current awareness tools and email newsletters • Participate in remote meetings with the team, client staff, and attorneys • Utilize Microsoft enterprise technology to support and enhance client department workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a currently enrolled or recently graduated student from an MLS/MLIS, Law, or Juris Doctor program • Must be part of a Law Librarianship program • Interest in legal research and information services • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Able to complete a 17-week internship starting on 2nd September • Expected to work 15 hours per week between 9 am and 7 pm • Permanent US work authorization
