📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews across prioritized Therakos therapeutic areas • Evaluate clinical, health economic, patient-reported, real-world, and scientific evidence • Develop structured evidence inventories, evidence maps, and gap-analysis tools • Summarize key findings, trends, and unmet evidence needs • Identify evidence gaps across treatment journeys, stakeholder needs, and strategic objectives • Assess evidence maturity and strength within key disease states • Support gap frameworks aligned with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and HEOR priorities • Assist in creating an IEGP and prioritizing evidence gaps based on impact, feasibility, and strategic importance • Support evidence-generation recommendations for future studies and research initiatives • Create executive-ready presentations and evidence summaries • Maintain literature databases and source repositories • Prepare Steering Committee materials and stakeholder updates • Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Clinical Development teams • Present interim findings and final recommendations to leadership • Deliver evidence landscape assessments, a structured evidence gap inventory, prioritized recommendations, mapping and visualization tools, a final executive presentation, and inputs supporting the enterprise IEGP

🎯 Requirements

• Strong scientific literature review and critical appraisal skills • Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise insights • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project management capabilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams • Familiarity with PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, or similar scientific databases (preferred) • Experience with evidence synthesis, systematic reviews, or health outcomes research (preferred) • Current enrollment or recent graduation in a graduate-level program, including PharmD, PhD, MPH, MS in Life Sciences, Epidemiology, Health Outcomes, Public Health, or related field, or MBA with a science undergraduate degree • Coursework or experience in Medical Affairs, HEOR, Epidemiology, Evidence-Based Medicine, Literature Review Methodology, or Real-World Evidence (preferred)
