• Provide accurate technical and clinical information to clients and patients • Follow up and communicate with clients for order-specific information and documentation • Support internal teams by addressing or triaging clinical inquiries and requests • Monitor and track cases through laboratory and reporting processes • Maintain personal follow-up lists and participate in team audits • Maintain current knowledge of Ambry’s products, policies, protocols, and information technology systems • Support internal teams with projects including data mining, non-standard protocols, and research and development
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely • Experience multitasking while maintaining a high level of attention to detail • General computer and Google Suite proficiency • Ability to work independently and in a team setting • Flexibility regarding job assignments and workflow changes • Organization, time management, prioritization, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Experience working in the healthcare industry preferred, but not required • Customer service experience preferred, but not required
