📋 Description

• Create project plans including timelines and targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines • Communicate project status through standard status reports and meeting minutes • Become the subject matter expert for assigned projects • Resolve project issues with internal and external team members • Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures • Delegate project tasks appropriately • Make effective decisions when choosing how to progress projects • Serve as a point of contact to ensure cross-departmental synergy • Motivate project participants to complete tasks on time • Perform quality control throughout project development • Conduct post-project quality reviews for continual improvement • Coordinate change control protocols as appropriate • Work across departments to assess client needs, train relevant teams, identify and customize solutions, and improve operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in life or physical science • Working knowledge of G-Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated success working with a team • Ability to influence without authority • Demonstrated knowledge of operational/logistical aspects of clinical testing • Experience facilitating meetings • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong understanding of business unit function and cross-group dependencies/relationships • At least 1-2 years of operational project coordination experience; diagnostic laboratory or similar setting preferred • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred
