📋 Description

• Preparing cost and price proposals of medium to high complexity • Working closely with team members in an often-dynamic quick turn environment • Developing pricing models for medium to complex change order or modification proposals with minimal supervision • Developing and implementing proposal strategies for achieving company objectives • Demonstrating a strong ability to analyze and interpret RFPs, PWSs, and SOWs • Ensuring compliance with the estimating system manual as well as other policies and procedures • Performing quality assurance reviews to ensure cost/price volume components are accurate and responsive to solicitation requirements • Providing pricing guidance and support, as required, to field personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • At least 5 years of proposal pricing experience • Experience in developing Price Proposals that include Service Contract Act Wage Determinations • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume proposal environment • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition regulations (FAR) • Advanced Excel experience and mathematical skills. • Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization • Must possess excellent analytical skills. • US Citizenship is required.
