📋 Description

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and role requirements • Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates • Engage talent at all levels through external open-market sources and internal CRM, ATS, and talent management systems • Conduct research, profile enrichment, and CRM data management through the full sourcing lifecycle • Partner with hiring leaders and market-facing sales teams to qualify talent needs and candidates • Consult on hiring strategy and shape sourcing strategy at scale • Gather competitor intelligence • Use ATS, CRM, and market-facing sourcing tools • Engage candidates by phone, communicate the value of Amentum opportunities, build relationships with passive candidates, and manage pipelines • Support critical open positions, program bids, key personnel sourcing, bid support, and recruiting delivery • Build critical skillset pipelines and act as a talent consultant for four Business Groups • Leverage hiring technology and automation to source at scale • Report to the Corporate Global Amentum Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager • Support full-time telework/telecommuting during core East Coast hours

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience • Bachelor’s Degree, or an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree • Recent technical external-facing recruiting or talent sourcing experience in a technical, engineering, intelligence community, federal, or aerospace industry • Prior experience with talent sourcing tools and technology • US citizenship is required • Experience qualifying talent needs and candidates against those needs with a measured track record of success, including time to fill, pipeline conversion, pipeline health, and sourcing metrics • Staffing agency experience preferred • Prior experience supporting federal contract bids and proposals preferred • Ability to work Monday through Friday, normally 8 hours per day • Ability to work outside normal duty hours with as little as one-hour notice when required
