📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers across manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, and program management • Lead end-to-end recruitment from intake and workforce planning through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer development, and close • Build proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill professional and technical talent • Source through LinkedIn Recruiter, niche boards, professional associations, employee referrals, workforce partners, Boolean/direct sourcing, and selective agency support • Provide market insights, talent-availability data, compensation context, and hiring recommendations • Own the candidate and hiring-manager experience through timely communication, aligned expectations, handoffs, and follow-through • Maintain ATS accuracy, process compliance, and audit readiness • Design regional and local sourcing plans for plant-based salaried roles • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate flow, source effectiveness, funnel conversion, and requisition aging • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on pipeline development, employer branding, and social recruiting • Collaborate with local HR and people leaders on workforce plans, headcount, and site priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Minimum of 5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience • Hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting manufacturing, engineering, and technical salaried talent • Experience recruiting across early-career/intern, professional individual contributor, and senior/leadership salaried roles • Proven ability to recruit for manufacturing, operations, and engineering environments, focused on salaried, exempt, and professional/technical roles • Expertise in proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and talent mapping • Working knowledge of recruiting compliance, OFCCP/EEO considerations, and ATS hygiene • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Strong direct-sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter and internet resume databases • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements • Must be able to identify ITAR products and understand access restrictions to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents • Must understand and follow authorization procedures for foreign visitors and export-controlled shipments
