📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting in partnership with hiring managers and leaders • Source, engage, and recruit passive talent using creative sourcing strategies • Manage inbound candidate pipelines with attention to detail, communication, and follow-through • Screen and qualify candidates across multiple positions • Track candidates and maintain data integrity in Lever ATS • Build relationships with hiring manager teams and create deliverables, timelines, tracking processes, and measurable metrics • Handle candidate offers and closing while managing expectations • Represent Houzz as a brand ambassador and provide an exceptional candidate experience • Collaborate with recruiting teammates on projects and initiatives • Develop and implement innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies • Recommend recruiting process improvements • Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with high-volume recruiting experience • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with varying requirements and hiring timelines • Experience using an ATS to source, track, and manage candidates; Lever preferred but not required • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, recruiting on various platforms, and crafting Boolean search strings • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail • Strong work ethic and personal accountability • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
