📋 Description

• Support recruiting and hiring of employees across all organizational roles • Execute creative sourcing strategies and build pipelines for potential applicants • Schedule interviews and manage onboarding • Manage candidate and hiring manager expectations to ensure a positive candidate experience • Provide input to ensure teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals • Ensure staffing needs are met with a long-term strategy • Review, update, create, and implement end-to-end hiring processes • Build relationships with hiring managers and interviewers • Manage the full recruiting life cycle for assigned internal and external positions • Serve as point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting life cycle • Lead strategies to attract, source, and recruit entry-level, mid-level, and experienced leaders • Attract, source, and hire candidates using job boards, career websites, digital branding, social recruiting, and mobile recruiting • Develop and lead Talent Acquisition programs, strategies, and projects • Partner with internal leaders using a consultative and strategic approach to support hiring and retention • Manage the applicant tracking system and advertising/vendor relationships • Maintain and report hiring and recruitment metrics • Maintain recruitment records and communicate activity to hiring managers • Advise and coach hiring managers and interviewers on hiring practices and candidate selection • Develop position-specific interview questions • Assist the Manager of Talent Acquisition with monthly recruiting meetings • Research and provide insight on compensation and competitive wages • Prepare salary recommendations for job offers • Manage hiring and onboarding compliance with state and federal employment requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Two or three years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferred • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods • Experience within a call center/service industry environment preferred • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and Indeed sourcing to proactively source candidates • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong personal Computing skills, including MS-Word, MS-Excel, ADP, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, Internet, and keyboarding • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously • Successful completion of a criminal background check and references • Veterans and Military Spouses Encouraged to Apply
