📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions • Partner with hiring managers to intake roles, align on candidate profiles, and develop recruiting and interview strategies • Develop, execute, and refine sourcing strategies • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines • Maintain accurate applicant tracking data • Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers and leadership • Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, including interview coordination, feedback collection, offer process support, and pre-hire activities • Conduct initial phone screens or in-person interviews as required • Expand sourcing efforts through online platforms, networking, and other recruiting tools and channels • Mentor or provide guidance to junior team members as needed • Identify and implement process improvements • Perform duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Four (4) or more years related work experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork • Good problem solving and time management skills • Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills • Good presentation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
