📋 Description

• Assist the Project Manager with developing common systems and processes • Assist with project cost reporting, customer billing, scheduling, material procurement, subcontractors, and record keeping • Assist with preparing proposals and estimates • Set up job structures including safety, scheduling, document control, cost codes, material/tooling plans, equipment, and billing • Assist with job handoff from estimating to field project supervision • Assist with purchasing material orders and required submittals • Travel regularly to project sites • Assist with weekly project progress reporting • Assist with quoting change orders from drawing changes and RFIs • Assist with customer and field management on schedule development and maintenance • Help ensure adequate project resources to maintain schedule, budget, and safety expectations • Interact with customers to foster positive long-term relationships • Help ensure timely billing submission • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Graduate • Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint • Project coordination and logistics skills • Good organization skills • Detail-oriented and able to multitask across multiple projects • Minimum of 2 years of experience working on construction projects in a project coordinator, project engineer, or project management position • Bachelor’s in engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration (additional qualification)
