📋 Description

• Monitor real-time data from Solar and Energy Storage sites to identify anomalies, trends, and performance deviations • Analyze system performance metrics to ensure optimal efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards • Handle complex and critical issues in a timely manner • Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose system issues and propose corrective actions • Remotely diagnose, troubleshoot, and reset equipment • Use data visualization tools and software to present insights to management and engineering teams • Support predictive analytics models for performance forecasting and preventative maintenance planning • Maintain and improve data integrity, including accurate and timely documentation of analytical findings • Investigate historical trends to optimize system configurations and improve future deployments

🎯 Requirements

• Electrical engineering degree or electrical license with at least two years of solar operations and maintenance experience • Experience with machine learning applications for predictive maintenance in PV and BESS systems • Comfortable working independently and ensuring seamless handover to the next working shift • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau • Familiarity with SCADA systems, monitoring platforms, and renewable energy asset management software • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities • Ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for technical teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical data concisely • Knowledge of grid-scale energy storage operations, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks • Certifications in energy analytics, data science, or renewable energy technologies
