📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and improve predictive models using Python for analysis, querying, and automation • Evaluate data sources and qualitative inputs to design analyses focused on performance and continuous improvement • Build business understanding through store visits, frontline feedback, and proactive partner engagement • Translate business questions into data requirements and extract appropriate data • Convert complex analytics into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences • Build business cases and recommendations that influence leaders and drive action • Build and maintain dashboards for internal stakeholders • Refresh and expand dashboard views based on stakeholder feedback and workflow priorities • Evaluate data visualization tools for accessibility, intuitiveness, and relevance • Partner with cross-functional teams on business cases, problem solving, and analytical alignment • Manage incoming data requests and deliver effective analytical solutions • Communicate insights clearly and promptly to business partners and senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in retail or corporate environments, preferably with pharmacy exposure • 5 or more years of experience in analytics, strategy, or related roles • Strong ability to influence without formal authority • 3 or more years of experience using SQL or similar tools with Teradata or Snowflake • 2 or more years of hands-on Python experience, including Pandas, NumPy, and similar libraries • 1 or more years of experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights • Strong communication and presentation skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Preferred: 8 or more years of analytics or business experience • Preferred: advanced SQL and Python experience • Preferred: familiarity with change management concepts
