• Conduct ongoing group and one-on-one training for the Partnership Engagement Administrator team • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training as needed • Analyze Field team performance, effectiveness, efficiency, and staff professional development • Represent the college at national, regional, or state conferences as needed • Analyze territory trends and provide supportive coaching • Ensure team performance expectations for leads, students, and exposures are met • Participate in recruiting and interviewing Partnership Engagement Administrators • Identify high-value targets and execute partnership strategies for event, lead, and student generation • Conduct meetings and provide guidance in GPS goal processes, reviews, and coaching plans • Lead and coach direct reports and mentor department colleagues • Support and manage territories left open during staffing transitions • Partner with Training and Development to ensure policy, regulatory, and accreditation compliance • Work cross-functionally with Admissions, Registration, and Marketing to improve enrollment processes • Maintain and develop team morale • Travel to conferences and other activities as needed, up to 50% of the time
• Bachelor's degree required • Master's degree in management, leadership, higher education, or training preferred • 3–5 years of proven experience managing a large geographic territory of outside development professionals, preferably in higher education • Proven ability to lead projects and/or personnel to successful outcomes • In-depth knowledge of K-12 structures, schedules, and penetration points • Effective PC skills, especially MS Excel, CRM, Planner, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Anthology • Comfortable leading as a change agent in a fast-paced environment • Process improvement mentality with a history of successfully executing strategic initiatives • Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50% of the time • Strong communication, organization, time management, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively with department personnel • Ability to work remotely in a virtual environment • Minimum 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload internet bandwidth at the remote work location • Must support and embrace the College’s Impact mission • Must maintain confidentiality and comply with school/company policies, federal and state regulations, and accrediting-agency standards
