📋 Description

• Manage and enhance ACE’s Power BI environment, including workspaces, permissions, data refreshes, gateways, report access, and performance optimization • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for institutional reporting, academic analytics, and operational decision-making • Develop and enhance data models, semantic models, datasets, and reporting structures • Integrate data across SIS, LMS, CRM, and Azure data platforms using connectors, APIs, and dataflows • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions • Ensure data governance, quality, privacy, and security best practices • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Power Platform solutions and integrations • Create and maintain technical documentation • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows • Develop and support Power Apps • Provide end-user support, training, and guidance • Collaborate with Institutional Analytics, IT, and business teams • Identify automation opportunities and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field • Minimum of three years of professional experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions • Expertise in Power BI report development, dashboard design, data modeling, semantic models, DAX, Power Query, data visualization, and report validation • Experience building scalable datasets, semantic models, reporting structures, and data solutions • Experience managing Power BI workspaces, permissions, scheduled refreshes, deployment processes, data security, and report performance • Experience integrating multiple data systems using SQL, APIs, dataflows, connectors, or related tools • Working knowledge of relational databases, dimensional modeling, and reporting data structures • Experience with SQL Server, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable technologies • Experience developing workflow automation, preferably with Power Automate • Ability to gather requirements and translate operational questions into technical and reporting solutions • Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, documentation, and quality-assurance skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment • Strong communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail • Experience with enterprise systems or higher education environments preferred • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or iterative development environments preferred • Minimum 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload internet bandwidth for the remote work location • Candidates residing in Alaska, Washington D.C., Massachusetts, South Dakota, or Alabama cannot be considered
