📋 Description

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently • Guide customers through the initial claims process with clarity and empathy • Enter and maintain confidential customer information accurately • Resolve routine inquiries and escalate more complex issues when needed • Meet expectations for quality, accuracy, and productivity • Assist Creole-speaking customers as needed in a primarily English-speaking role

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Creole is required • 1+ year of customer service, call center, or collections experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Clear, confident phone communication skills • Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM • Consistent attendance and reliability • High school diploma or equivalent • Insurance experience is a plus • Comfortable handling professional phone conversations in both languages throughout the day • Schedule availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, plus rotating Saturdays
