📋 Description

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective students considering enrollment at AMU/APU • Engage prospective students via phone and email with the goal of enrollment • Conduct consultative conversations to assess needs and showcase the benefits of an APUS education • Present tailored solutions and facilitate enrollment when applicable • Meet and exceed targeted goals and metrics • Connect students to departments for document collections, registration, funding, transfer credit, and degree solutions • Provide regular follow-ups using phones and electronic means • Protect student account privacy through FERPA compliance • Evaluate academic records and documents for admission • Manage and update prospective student information in CRM and other software applications • Collaborate with Financial Aid, Academic Advising, the Registrar, and other departments

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of online admissions experience working with adult students in a sales oriented/consultative focused role • Track record of meeting and/or exceeding metrics • Self-driven and comfortable making multiple outbound calls per day (high volume) • Bachelor's degree is required • Salesforce knowledge preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence • Passion and enthusiasm for helping and empowering others to succeed • Demonstrated ability to succeed as an individual contributor and meet deadlines • High-speed Internet home connection • Dedicated workspace • Compliance with federal student privacy laws (FERPA)
