📋 Description

• Drive sales and build relationships with producers to generate revenue and meet sales quotas • Proactively call agents and recruit new agents to build a book of business • Promote agent recruiting and retention through sales ideas, marketing campaigns, illustrations, and Crump resources • Build relationships with key producers regarding complex sales concepts, marketing campaigns, and product information • Maintain and grow team sales goals with sales resources • Build assigned territory through proactive calling • Develop new business by recruiting agents and growing existing agent groups • Partner with sales resources in producer development • Call on lower-producing agents in a sales capacity • Maintain supportive relationships with sales, operations, agents, and solution centers • Develop expert knowledge of products, carriers, and Crump resources • Coordinate complex and advanced illustrations and consult on creative solutions • Use the company client management system to manage the sales process

🎯 Requirements

• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills • Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers • Effective time management skills • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to work in a self-directed fashion • Experience with PCs in a Windows environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience • Excellent telephone etiquette skills • Maturity, competitiveness, and a good work ethic • Knowledge of the insurance industry, life and related insurance products and sales processes • Basic knowledge of insurance underwriting • Two years of work experience in the life insurance industry, including one year in a sales support role • Series 6 and State Insurance Licenses are preferred • Understanding of sales concepts, illustrations, and the underwriting process is preferred
