📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and schedule workers to fulfill labor requirements • Make staffing decisions regarding patient placement and allocation of nursing personnel • Collaborate with the Regional Director of Nursing and Pharmacy Team on nursing care coordination • Review intakes, draft referrals, and secure nursing care with experienced RNs in Home or Infusion Center settings • Communicate with patients and nurses to provide safe, quality services • Organize, maintain, and communicate patient care information and documents • Ensure clear and concise documentation within EMR systems • Ensure compliance with external standards and regulations • Serve as a liaison between interdisciplinary teams • Set up and assist in maintaining RN work schedules • Maintain daily staffing reports and provide weekly updates to management • Perform additional departmental duties as needed or assigned • Foster accountability, integrity, collaboration, and service excellence

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Experience as a staffing/scheduling coordinator or in a similar role • General knowledge of medical terminology • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and operate within several different computer software systems • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment • Google Suite (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Mail, etc.)
