📋 Description

• Support outside sales to solicit, develop and maintain producing client relationships • Meet or exceed company net contribution goals • Provide competitive quoting and underwriting of premium finance loan quotes to retail agents • Follow up to secure quote and renewal opportunities • Ensure quotes comply with corporate pricing and underwriting guidelines • Provide management reports tracking territory performance against established goals • Perform quoting, underwriting, price negotiation and sales efforts for an assigned territory • Maintain competitive territory pricing, accurate underwriting, and credit and profitability standards • Work with moderately to highly complex, higher-volume retail agents or national accounts under general supervision • Deliver quotes, contracts and other information to retail agent clients • Resolve customer service issues • Make outbound calls to improve sales and solicit business opportunities • Track relationship-level sales data • Report lost renewal or quote opportunities and territory marketing intelligence • Review loan documents with loan processing for completeness, accuracy and regulatory and operational compliance • Request binders or other pertinent information from carriers, MGAs or brokers/agents as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Strong math aptitude • 3+ years of premium finance experience or Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance experience • 3+ years of account management experience in commercial lines or premium finance • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Some travel may be required for an occasional trade show or agency visit, generally not more than once per quarter
