📋 Description

• Drive the quarterly earnings process • Assist with shareholder letters, earnings call scripts, Q&A materials, and investor presentations • Plan and execute Yelp's investor relations strategy with the Director of Investor Relations • Support investor targeting, conference schedules, and executive meeting preparation • Develop clear and consistent investor messaging around strategy, business drivers, and financial results • Manage relationships with buy-side investors and sell-side analysts • Handle investor inquiries, meeting logistics, and follow-ups • Participate in conferences, non-deal roadshows, and one-on-one investor meetings • Provide leadership with insights on market sentiment, analyst models, consensus estimates, peer performance, and shareholder trends • Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Communications, and business leaders on external disclosures • Maintain expertise in Yelp's business model, operating metrics, competitive landscape, industry, and macro trends • Help maintain the investor relations website • Support the annual shareholder meeting • Follow Regulation FD and disclosure best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance or asset management • Financial statement analysis, valuation, and financial modeling • Understanding of public company reporting, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, or IR CRM platforms such as Q4 and S&P Capital Access • Experience with technology, internet, or marketplace companies preferred • MBA and/or CFA designation is a plus • Ability to communicate complex financial and operating information clearly and accurately • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
