📋 Description

• Spend regular time on rep rides and with leaders, observing how reps make calls and how leaders plan to run their teams • Understand differences between Mid-Market and Enterprise and between North America, EMEA, and APAC • Identify blockers and time-saving opportunities and bring them to the appropriate owners • Serve as the first point of contact for leaders with tool or workflow problems • Diagnose problems, recommend fixes, and follow through until resolution • Work with go-to-market operations on recommendations and priorities • Coordinate with platform owners such as Salesforce, sales engagement and dialer tools, and internal centers of perfection • Work with current and potential vendors on operating models and use cases • Maintain a request log and roadmap, explain trade-offs, and report progress • Gather reporting needs and ensure dashboards, scorecards, and reports exist with consistent definitions and daily, weekly, and monthly schedules • Ensure appropriate tracking is in place before new campaigns or trials begin • Serve as the point of contact for data and materials needed for leadership meetings • Partner with the other growth managers so strategy, tools, and training move together • Share field insights with leaders across every region and segment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an SDR, with a deep understanding of daily SDR workflow • Strong ability to work across functions, with credibility among leaders, operations teams, and vendors • Working knowledge of Salesforce • Working knowledge of a sales engagement platform • Working knowledge of a conversation intelligence tool • Working knowledge of a dialer • Good sense of what is possible and when to raise issues • Record of simplifying processes and removing friction for sales teams • Comfort with data and dashboards • Habit of defining metrics clearly • Strong communication, including the ability to say clearly what can and cannot be done
