📋 Description

• Embed with complex, high-priority products and product teams to improve product management practices and accelerate DPOM adoption • Serve as a senior hands-on player-coach to Digital Product Managers and cross-functional team members • Coach DPMs on complex problem framing, discovery, product strategy, outcome-based roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, trade-offs, stakeholder alignment, and value measurement • Temporarily perform product management responsibilities when no DPM is assigned, including shaping product direction, aligning stakeholders, defining outcomes, and supporting roadmap, capacity, and prioritization decisions • Help teams use user insights, product data, business context, and experimentation for evidence-based decisions • Enable cross-functional teams to apply the Digital Product Operating Model • Partner with business, technology, design, data, compliance, quality, and adjacent product teams • Connect enterprise and business strategy to product strategy, outcomes, and investment decisions • Support product vision, strategy, roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, investment recommendations, and value realization plans • Resolve cross-product dependencies, sequencing challenges, and prioritization conflicts • Influence senior stakeholders without formal authority and communicate product direction, risks, trade-offs, and decisions • Execute Catalyst engagements, including assessment, planning, coaching, adoption measurement, transition planning, and learning capture • Define and track engagement success measures • Surface insights, risks, and recommendations to the Director, Product Management Catalysts and Product Management Hub leadership • Translate embedded-work lessons into reusable practices, templates, and playbook improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or related experience OR Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED and 14 years of relevant experience • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital product management preferred • Experience owning or leading complex, interdependent, high-priority products or product initiatives • Ability to coach, mentor, or upskill product managers, product owners, business partners, and cross-functional team members • Strong product management craft, including problem definition, product discovery, roadmap development, OKRs, KPIs, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, investment trade-off recommendations, and value realization • Experience influencing senior business, technology, product, engineering, data, compliance, and adjacent product stakeholders without formal authority • Ability to operate as a senior hands-on player-coach • Ability to shift teams from output-oriented delivery to outcome-oriented product management • Strong judgment in ambiguous environments, including framing complex problems, resolving dependencies, making trade-off recommendations, and creating practical paths forward • Experience contributing to product operating models, playbooks, standards, templates, training, or adoption approaches preferred • Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or other regulated industries preferred; high-tech, digital, consulting, or product-led organization experience also encouraged • Familiarity with AI-native product development, generative AI workflows, responsible AI principles, and AI’s role in product management preferred • Sponsorship for this role is not guaranteed
