• Lead execution of Process Intelligence activities across prioritized enterprise transformation initiatives • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes • Drive value realization through process optimization, automation, and performance improvement • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives • Develop structures, tools, and methodologies to scale Process Intelligence adoption • Enable functional transformation teams to apply Process Intelligence capabilities • Build and manage repositories of process insights, benchmarks, and best practices • Promote reuse of assets, standard approaches, and scalable delivery models • Support governance frameworks, standards, and KPIs for Process Intelligence • Partner with the Results Delivery Office, Digital Technology & Innovation, and functional business teams • Advise senior stakeholders on process performance and improvement opportunities • Drive stakeholder alignment and coordinated execution • Communicate insights and outcomes to executive audiences • Oversee deployment and application of process mining, task mining, and analytics tools • Guide teams in converting complex process data into actionable insights and business decisions • Support evaluation, testing, and onboarding of new Process Intelligence technologies • Provide input into future-state tool strategy and data requirements • Foster continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation • Provide thought leadership on process analysis, mining, and performance management • Enable capability uplift across direct and indirect teams
• Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience or Master’s degree and 7 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of experience in data science, business analytics, process improvement, engineering, or related fields • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes • Experience translating strategy into execution and operationalizing capabilities • Experience managing direct teams and matrixed environments • Deep experience in process mining, process analysis, and performance optimization • Hands-on experience with Celonis, Signavio, or UiPath Process Mining • Experience with Power BI or Tableau • Ability to work with large, complex, and unstructured datasets • Understanding of RPA and AI/analytics technologies • Experience establishing governance frameworks, KPIs, and value tracking mechanisms • Strong understanding of enterprise transformation and continuous improvement methodologies • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment • Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in ambiguous environments • High degree of accountability, ownership, and autonomy • Collaborative mindset and ability to build partnerships across functions • Comfort operating in a dynamic, evolving transformation environment
