📋 Description

• Establish and oversee the Corporate Affairs Business Performance function, including its operating model, priorities, and success measures • Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of business performance, transformation, and data analytics professionals • Manage complex, high-impact transformation initiatives across Corporate Affairs with enterprise partners • Identify and implement business performance improvements that enhance execution, optimize processes, and increase organizational effectiveness • Lead change management and organizational readiness efforts for new technologies, capabilities, processes, and operating models • Lead the Corporate Affairs Data, Insights & Analytics capability, including strategy, governance, and data standards • Develop executive dashboards, performance reporting, and actionable insights for business decisions • Partner with HR and Corporate Affairs leaders to develop onboarding, learning, and capability-building programs

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 5 years of experience in business performance, strategy, business operations, analytics, planning, transformation, or a related discipline; or master's degree and 8 years; or bachelor's degree and 10 years • Significant progressive experience in business performance, transformation, operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, analytics, management consulting, or a related discipline • Demonstrated success building or leading business performance and transformation capabilities within a complex, global organization • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from assessment and solution design through implementation and measurable value realization • Strong understanding of data, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and technology-enabled operating models • Experience in biotechnology, biopharma, healthcare, or another highly regulated and science-based industry strongly preferred • Experience supporting Corporate Affairs, communications, public affairs, reputation, or another stakeholder-facing function preferred • Ability to influence senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and drive accountability across a matrixed organization • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams combining business, transformation, analytics, and technical expertise
