📋 Description

• Partner with Global and US Value & Access, US Coverage & Pricing, Market Access, Patient Access, MariTide US commercial team, and CD&A • Deliver business analytics, dashboards, and launch-ready tools for deal modeling, segmentation, pull-through and price elasticity capabilities • Monitor, diagnose, and address payer obstacles and challenges • Build understanding of the US managed markets environment for obesity and obesity-related products • Provide integrated analysis from multiple primary and secondary data sources to guide payer, access, and reimbursement strategies • Build targeted payer control deep-dive analyses and integrate them into weekly NBRx/TRx tracking • Evaluate partner capabilities for pricing, coverage, demand and affordability data • Build obesity-specific modules within US Value & Access contracting deal modeling platforms • Triangulate Clarivate, MMIT and partner data to refine employer segmentation and targeting • Design employer-specific modules within Contracting-IQ for direct employer contracting • Build CAP-AI for obesity for dynamic copay and patient access support • Partner with Payer Marketing, Pricing/Contracting and Brand Marketing teams to prioritize analytics and insights supporting value and access strategy • Work with pharmaceutical ecosystem datasets including medical and pharmacy claims, prescription, outlet and payer coverage data

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience • Experience with new product / indication launch especially in cardio metabolic disease area • Working experience on Analytics of products with Pharmacy benefit usage • Understanding of PBM account/formulary structure and contracting process • Prior experience in contracts and pricing, direct payer experience or value marketing • Foundational understanding of the US payer environment and U.S. healthcare market • Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills and pragmatic problem-solving approach • Exceptional written/oral communication skills and executive presence • Authoritative command of complexity and ambiguity • Ability to collect, digest and assemble information to enable relevant business analyses • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence different styles • 5+ years of healthcare experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, health care, and/or strategy consulting with specific experience in coverage, access and reimbursement drivers • High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong understanding of business strategies • Sponsorship for this role is not guaranteed
