📋 Description

• Manage routine administrative responsibilities for the Ready For Allocation (RFA) team • Oversee RFA team transitions and collaborate with resourcing on efficient project staffing changes • Collaborate daily with the Learning and Development team to deliver professional development opportunities • Work with HR to ensure timely and professional offboarding • Support employees in developing awareness, comfort, and confidence to address and champion equity • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and growth through active feedback loops • Enhance and manage employee appreciation and recognition programs and initiatives • Lead and organize live, virtual, and hybrid internal events that provide meaningful employee experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Strong interpersonal skills • Highly collaborative and able to express ideas readily • Ability to manage change fluidly • Ability to influence and identify opportunities • Ability to protect data privacy and sensitive employee information • Proficiency with Workday HRIS and PTO management • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Suite • Project management skills • Ability to influence and connect people to resources to drive department objectives • Must not require employment immigration sponsorship or support, including CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, F-1, H-1B, O-1, E-3, TN status, or related support
