📋 Description

• Build and expand AMO's clinical network by identifying, engaging, and recruiting physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical training sites • Conduct strategic outreach through email, phone, video, social media, and other communication channels • Own and prioritize a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting through onboarding readiness • Use HubSpot and other technology tools to manage outreach pipelines, document activity, report pipeline health, and guide recruitment strategy • Qualify prospective partners using knowledge of provider types, clinical specialties, credentialing requirements, licensure, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and related verification processes • Educate healthcare professionals and organizations about partnering with AMO • Guide prospective partners through onboarding readiness while following SOPs and resolving issues independently • Negotiate educational stipends and collect contractual and credentialing documentation • Ensure complete and accurate handoffs to internal teams • Collaborate with Partnerships, Operations, and cross-functional teams to meet school partner needs and placement timelines • Communicate proactively with external partners and internal stakeholders, including through LinkedIn • Identify improvements to recruitment strategies, outreach effectiveness, and internal processes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, credentialing, or a related healthcare field strongly preferred • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding KPIs, quotas, or performance metrics in a goal-oriented environment, or deadlines in a clinical education environment • Experience working with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and/or healthcare organizations preferred • Strong understanding of provider credentialing processes, including licensure verification, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and related healthcare documentation • Experience managing CRM-based recruitment or business development pipelines; HubSpot experience strongly preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence healthcare professionals, navigate objections, and build long-term professional relationships • Comfortable utilizing professional networks and social presence, including LinkedIn, to generate opportunities • Ability to learn and execute documented processes while exercising sound judgment and independent decision-making • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills • Ability to prioritize competing initiatives, adapt to changing placement needs, and maintain urgency without sacrificing accuracy • High level of professionalism, accountability, and ownership • Proactive approach to problem-solving • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment • Candidates must be residents of Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, New York, Ohio, or Texas
