📋 Description

• Manage relationships with healthcare professionals and ensure program quality • Support international and domestic medical students • Serve as liaison with physicians and administrators • Collect documents and vet eligibility • Conduct program audits and support compliance with healthcare facilities • Maintain accurate and updated program information on AMO’s platform • Communicate with healthcare professionals by phone and email to provide support and guidance • Address and resolve preceptor, clinical site, and trainee-related issues • Collaborate with Fulfillment, Implementation, Clinical Outreach, and Business Development teams • Check state licensing boards and relevant certifications • Review immunizations and required paperwork before sending materials to clinical sites for approval and enrollment • Finalize program onboarding and educate preceptors about hosting trainees • Guide preceptors from placement requests through completion of clinical rotations • Coordinate scheduling between sites, students, and schools • Support department projects, process improvements, preceptor engagement, program audits, and data-driven KPIs • Assist with hospital credentialing requirements and affiliation agreement contact information • Recruit new sites and build referral networks • Support payment setup and stipend negotiations • Maintain knowledge of healthcare, medical education, products, and services • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience communicating with medical professionals and previous healthcare experience (clinical or medical education) • Interest in healthcare or medical education • Experience managing multiple tasks • A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three years of experience in the relevant field • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to upsell and present new offerings to clients persuasively • Active listening and information synthesis skills • Adaptability in a dynamic workplace • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects • Ability to discern leads for new business • Self-starter able to set and achieve goals without daily supervision • Problem-solving ability, high sense of urgency, and self-confidence • Understanding of partners’ needs, culture, and objectives • Candidates must be residents of Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Texas, or Wisconsin
