📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale initiatives spanning curriculum writing, software engineering, physical production, and service readiness • Map and manage high-stakes timelines, dependencies, and critical paths • Identify project risks and implement mitigations • Design and lead planning and execution meetings with documented ownership and follow-through • Track, quality-assure, and prepare digital lesson assets for commercial launch • Analyze team velocity and capacity and implement process improvements • Anticipate staffing needs, capacity constraints, and production peaks 2–3 quarters ahead • Set up vendor agreements, negotiate statements of work, monitor deliverables, and evaluate vendor performance • Provide stakeholders with clear, data-backed updates on progress, scope trade-offs, and resource needs • Orchestrate delivery for software features, digital content, service design, and physical materials

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience managing complex projects in EdTech, software, or creative publishing • Deep experience in Agile/Scrum for software development • Experience with Waterfall/Stage-Gate for print and physical production • Understanding of products spanning web browsers and physical materials • Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Smartsheet, or similar tools such as Monday.com/Airtable • Ability to build dashboards and trackers • Ability to explain technical software delays to content editors and creative design constraints to engineers • Background check required if selected • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Ability to travel to Amplify headquarters in New York for in-person onboarding or periodically during employment as required
